The Transitional Housing Placement for Non-Minor Dependents (THP-NMD) is a placement option created with the extension of foster care from age 18 to 21 in 2010. THP-NMD provides housing and supportive services to non-minor dependents ages 18 up to 21, and is a Title IV-E-reimbursable foster care placement.
