Extended Foster Care (AB 12) Re-Entry Contacts Roster

This list, maintained by the County Welfare Directors Association of California (CWDA) provides a point-of-contact or hotline number for youth seeking to re-enter extended foster care. Youth must be informed of their right to re-enter extended foster care at their termination hearing and can re-enter foster care an unlimited number of times until they turn 21.
