Information About THP-Plus

The Transitional Housing Program-Plus (THP-Plus) was created by the California State Legislature in 2001 in response to the alarming rate of homelessness among former foster youth. The program provides safe, affordable housing and supportive services to former foster and out-of-home probation youth, ages 18 up until turning 25 years old, for up to 36 months.
