THP-Plus Provider Roster

THP-Plus provides 36 months of affordable housing and supportive services to former foster and probation youth ages 18 up until turning 25. The program provides a wide range of supportive services, including case management and counseling, job training and educational support. This roster lists by county, all THP-Plus providers who are currently operating programs.
