Foster Care Public Health Nurse Roster

Last Updated Apr 9, 2021

Foster Care Public Health Nurses are registered nurses who help children, youth and non-minor dependents in foster care and probation get the medical, dental, sexual and reproductive, and mental health care they need.

Every youth and NMD in California has a nurse who can provide educational information, assist with planning appointments, share paperwork and health records, interpret lab results, refer to services, and support the youth, case manager, caregiver and Child and Family Team with all health planning. Nurses can help refer to services and appointments for expectant and parenting youth, prenatal care, and parenting classes. Connect with your nurse by using JBAY’s roster.
