Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) Roster
Last Updated Apr 9, 2021
There are 44 Continuums of Care (CoCs) in California, each one being a regional planning body that coordinates housing and services for homeless families and individuals. CoCs are responsible for administering funding at a local level from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and new state funding (e.g. HHAP) from the California Interagency Council on Homelessness.
This roster provides a point-of-contact for each CoC in addition to providing information on the status of each community’s Coordinated Entry System, making note where there are youth-specific access points or a separate system for youth.
