Advocating for and Implementing Effective Tuition Waivers

This webinar, co-hosted with Fostering Academic Achievement Nationwide (FAAN), featured representatives from Education Reach for Texans.

The webinar shared findings and recommendations from a report on using tuition waivers as a strategy to support college completion among students with experience in foster care. The webinar highlighted current research on the efficacy of such strategies and walked through a set of carefully crafted recommendations for states looking to either develop a new tuition waiver program or improve upon an existing program.
