Casey Foundation’s Jim Casey Youth Opportunities Initiative, please join us for “Chat with the Expert: Education Training Voucher (ETV) Program and Effective Financial Aid Policies to Promote Education Success,” a virtual event featuring Debbie Raucher of John Burton Advocates for Youth and Lori Tiller of the University of Georgia’s Fanning Institute. They will share findings from a national scan of ETV programs and provide recommendations to improve policies and practices to increase financial resources for students with experience in foster care.
