The 2022 Point-in-Time (PIT) Count is the first opportunity to measure the impact of recent state investments to reduce youth homelessness. The current analysis examines homelessness among unaccompanied and parenting youth in 2020 and 2022. In addition to the overall changes, it analyzes how youth homelessness changed in different parts of the state, changes in rates of shelter and differences in the experiences of parents and non-parents.
