THP Funding Available to Each County for FY 2020-21 (Round 2)

This document lists the allocation amounts for round two of the Transitional Housing Program administered by the California Department of Housing and Community Development to county child welfare agencies over FY 2020-21. 

This $8 million of funding is distributed based on each county’s percentage of the total statewide weighted average of youth in foster care (ages 19 years and six months and 20 years) and homeless unaccompanied young adults (ages 18 through 24).
