List of Counties that Serve Out-of-County Youth in THP-Plus

Counties have the option of using their THP-Plus allocations to serve youth in their THP-Plus programs who exited care from another county (Social Services Standards Manual, Section 30-913).
For each of California’s counties with THP-Plus programs, this resource indicates whether or not the county allows out-of-county youth in their THP-Plus programs, as of March 2019.
