This outreach flyer provides information about the California Foster Youth Tax Credit, which in 2025 provides up to $1,154 to eligible current and former foster youth ages 18-25 who file their state taxes.
The flyer is intended for young adults, county personnel, community-based providers, caregivers, advocates, the education sector, and anyone else helping get the word out to young adults age 18-25 about the availability of this new tax credit for current and former foster youth.
The flyer is updated annually by mid-December.
The flyer is available for both download and print, in English and Spanish.
