Affordable Housing Developer Roster

This roster provides a list of affordable housing developers in California. Housing developers are a key partner in establishing affordable housing and are responsible for several components of a project including but not limited to identifying sites, securing financing, and managing construction. Non-profit service providers may partner with housing developers to provide the services to the housing development’s residents.

 

This roster includes a column indicating whether the developer was a partner in a 2020 Homekey-funded project. Homeless youth providers can use this roster to identify a developer partner for a prospective 2021 Homekey project, in collaboration with their local public entity who will apply for the Homekey funds (city, county or Public Housing Authority) from the state.
