Counties Receiving State Homelessness Funds Roster

Since the establishment of the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) program in 2019, each year following, California’s counties have received an allocation from the HHAP program, along with California’s Continuums of Care and large cities. This roster contains contact information for each of the state’s counties that received an allocation.
