Youth Advocate

Eden is a transfer student at UC Berkeley. They are a proud second-generation American, former foster and homeless youth, gender queer and Disabled person. Eden is committed to healing through building coalitions and using their story to create legislative change.

John Burton Advocates for Youth improves the quality of life for youth in California who have been in foster care or homeless by advocating for better laws, training communities to strengthen local practices and conducting research to inform policy solutions.
